Novartis Malaysia snags Top Employer Award for 2020

Kuala Lumpur, 04 December 2019— Novartis Malaysia, a global leader in the healthcare space has been awarded the Top Employer for 2020. A highly sought after recognition, this certificate was given by the independent Top Employers Institute, a global company that recognizes excellence in people practices.

This global policy which will take effect by 1st January 2020 offers 14 weeks (3.4 months) fully paid parental leave.
